One of the best mobile online banking applications , period .

It asks me to log out first from my 1st device even when im already logged out. Closing the app doesnt log me out, it still thinks that im logged in so when i try to log in again, it says i need to log out first. Please fix this annoying bug.

I always used to login my account using the "smart touch" button. Now after updating it no longer works and I have to enter password every time. I want the finger scan login back to work.

Best online banking that helped me alot in so many things while am out the country and I didnt needed to call the back in any circumstances.

Can you add as other bank services that you can take money from atm by special unique number give it only to friend from nbd customer ( no need to take money from atm by nbd customer) if you didnt get my idea you can contact with me. Also if you can make the layout more easier and more flexible and add for example digram for food spent ( it will show by our payment for food services) so you we can know how much we spent for food and etc

Touch ID isnt working properly

This is by far the best mobile banking app in UAE. One thing i need is to have beneficiary bills notifications once they are available & set up automatic schedule for their payment.

Love it. Great app. Intuitive to use

The app has brilliant features to handle my account. But there are some User Interface bugs that bothers me. Firstly when scrolling the calendar vanishes. I have to scroll all the way down and then up to see it again. Secondly, the app will be mainly used for bank related works so itll be brilliant if the login attempt happens moment the app is opened rather than opening the app then tapping on secure login. Its unwanted steps. Thirdly, error message keeps popping continuously for 5-7 times then again it happens after few minutes. Error message like service maintenance related pop up messages. Fix it. And app will be brilliant. Get designers to use the app for everyday use in order to get it right.

I am a constant international traveler for work at least 4 times a week. Having banking on my phone with the easy to use interface is so valuable for me! Thanks ENBD!
